Team Based Trading

Kershner traders organize themselves into teams, or “pods.” Experience has proven that when two traders with similar strategies share ideas, each is able to execute on 50 percent more trades than working on their own.

Most of our traders work together as a team to enhance everyone’s profits. Many traders choose to link themselves via peer-to-peer headsets during the day. Ideas can be shared and discussed before the open and throughout the trading day, continually reviewing what is working best and modifying strategy on a real-time basis.

Team-based trading fosters an open environment where traders feel encouraged to come up with innovative ideas.
