7:15 AM
Arrive at the office
- Check news and earnings report
- Share ideas with team
- Use proprietary technology trading tools to program your plan for the day
- Pre-market trading
- Thursday weekly H.O.T. topics meetings with Head Trader, Jason Gardne
8:30 AM
Market opens and trading begins
11:30 AM trading slows
(traders keep watch over markets, but can pass slow time with recreation like pool, ping pong, foosball, video games and darts onsite)
1:00 PM
Trading volume ramps up
3:00 PM
Market closes; after hours trading
3:15 PM
Review performance with coach/team
3:45 PM
Record trades and performance in a journal, and begin preparation for following day. Occasional educational opportunities (speaker series, technology training) , a monthly all company town hall, Friday Rallies |
