Kershner Trading Group, LLC is a proprietary trading company based in Austin, Texas. “KTG” provides unique opportunities to talented, energetic people, rooted in the philosophy that everyone can do more than they realize, if they try. KTG empowers independent thinkers who have the discipline to set long-term goals, the adaptability to “shift gears” but still stay on course, and are open to being both a student and teacher in a learning organization.

How we do it:
We believe we are teachers and students. We set goals, and plan how we are going to achieve those goals. We believe that everyone can do more, if they try. How does one do more you ask?
- Set long term goals. To try to do more you must have your sights on a bold goal you aim to achieve.
- Be a student. Learn from those around you. Ask questions and listen.
- Be a teacher. Proof that you know something will come from your ability to teach others.
- Maintain discipline. Once you have set your strategy to reach your long term goal, do not waver.
- Be adaptable. Stick to your strategy, but be willing to adapt your tactics to stay on course.
