In 2008, we formed a subsidiary Chinese company, Kershner Consulting (Shanghai) Limited, and opened an office in Shanghai focusing on the Hong Kong and Japanese markets.
Insight Trading
Kershner Trading Group purchased Insight Trading Software in 2007. This best of breed scanning engine has been integrated into Gr8trade, our proprietary trading execution and analysis platform. This acquisition allowed our traders to rapidly design and automate sophisticated trading strategies without the intervention of software programmers. This edge dramatically reduced strategy development time and gave our traders a unique proprietary technology.
