Jill Bates
Director of Human Resources

Jill Bates is the HR Director at Kershner Trading Group, LLC. She has over 15 years of diverse HR experience in the retail and financial services industries.

Jill is recognized as a leader with broad-based generalist roots; designing HR programs to attract and retain top talent, develop people and organizations, and grow company infrastructure and compliance.

Prior to joining Kershner, Jill worked with Calendar Club, L.L.C. – an international seasonal retailer and wholesale company with over 900 locations across the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Tai Pei, Taiwan. As the top HR professional with Calendar Club, she was responsible for driving all HR functions; high-volume recruiting, comp & benefits administration, worker’s comp/OSHA compliance, employee relations, training and OD, corporate citizenship and employment law compliance.

Jill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University.
