Job Summary:

A Quantative Analyst will interact daily with KTG traders. Quant members help traders through specialized reporting and trade analysation, coding tickers and market scanning routines, and support traders with education and trading career counseling. Other tasks and projects can include presenting and implementing new Insight (a KTG proprietary software) features, training for new traders, maintenance of databases and servers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in intraday high volume trading
• 3+ years using SQL (Oracle preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Business, or Education
• Proficiency in Mircosoft Office programs
• Strong communication skills
• Background in training/education

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years using LINUX
• Windows office experience
• Testing/QA experience
• Customer service experience

Compensation is based on experience and will be structured to reward innovation and results.
