We are looking for an international professional with a track record of success managing an overseas equity trading desk to help us grow our office in Shanghai. This position will be located in Shanghai and applicants must have the ability to reside and work in China and travel to the United States, as needed. Applicants must have a strong ability to understand and identify opportunities in financial markets, track industry trends and market changes, and manage compliance and risk. In addition, applicants should have excellent people and leadership skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Candidates should have a minimum 5-7 years experience in management. We believe very strongly in shared success. Compensation will be structured to reward results and is based on experience.
