We are looking for a person that is good communicator at multiple levels in an organization. They will need to be very flexible with their workflow. We are seeking a person with a minimum 3-5 years experience in support.

Principle duties will include:

• Level-1 and level-2 production support for consultant workstations and analytics system.
• System configuration - Configuring new consultant workstations and servers as needed.
• Deployment activities - Deploy software to consultant workstations and servers as needed. Will also be responsible for testing the software after the rollout.
• Application Support - provide one-on-one end-user problem resolution over for management team and consultants. Perform periodic maintenance and data management activities on consulting and analytics software applications.
• Corporate Services support - Domain administration, Exchange administration
• Maintain Servers - Monitor, perform routine maintenance, install service packs, install new server apps, ensure systems are secure, available, and restorable
• Monitoring - Monitoring status and functionality of systems and investigating, identifying, and resolving user and application problems in a timely manner.
• Facilities - Changing printer cartridges, troubleshooting fax machine/printer problems, managing facilities upgrades or problems (A/C, cable, PA system, etc.)
