Training

A key to success in the short-term trading industry is training. At Kershner Trading Group, training is extensive and ongoing. New traders learn the basics during “boot camp” where there is an opportunity to start trading almost immediately.

New traders then join a Senior Trader and team on the main trading floor. The Senior Trader is compensated based on how well the team performs. Senior Traders are dedicated to maximizing the success of new traders by serving as coaches and mentors.
